Patricia Chang, CPA

Patricia founded Patricia Chang & Company Inc. in September 2016, bringing decades of expertise to her clients in Surrey and the Greater Vancouver Area. Before establishing her own firm, she honed her skills at MNP (Meyers Norris Penny LLP) and d'Abadie Moody CPAs. A graduate of Trinity Western University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Patricia earned her professional designation in 1999. She is dedicated to providing tailored financial and taxation solutions with a personal touch.

Stanley Chang, FCPA

Stanley is a highly distinguished leader in the BC financial community. With an MBA and a BSc in Commerce, he holds multiple prestigious designations, including FP Retired™ and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA). Stanley’s leadership extends to his past roles as a Director of the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) and as Director and Treasurer of CPABC. In 2019, he was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC (FCPA)—the highest honor in the profession—recognizing his exceptional service and contributions to the community.

A Commitment to Community

Patricia and Stanley have been active members of their local church for over 25 years, providing stable leadership and dedicated service. Their commitment to the public good is reflected in their long-standing volunteer work with NightShift Street Ministries and the Surrey Food Bank. Furthermore, Stanley contributed to the local community through his six-year tenure (2013–2019) as a Trustee of the Surrey Public Library.
